Non-Returnable Goods ❌

Due to the perishable nature of seeds, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns for unwanted items.

Damaged / Incorrect Orders 📷

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos.

We will provide a replacement or partial refund.

Exceptions ⚠️

Refunds will not be issued for issues beyond our control (failed germination, planting conditions, customs seizures).

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
